Swedish flag
- It is simple for children to create a flag using blue and yellow construction paper
- Swedish flag on a pin. Parts can be put together in advance to make it quicker to assemble the flags. This is a fun swap item for Girl Scouts.

Coloring picture book
Put together a picture book using images the children can color.

Christmas crafts
- Children can make "straw" stars from thin strips of manilla folders. The final result looks incredibly similar to the straw stars that are commonly used to decorate the Christmas tree. No instructions available at this point -- please see the pictures of the straw stars for now.

Easter decorations
We have made a variety of Swedish inspired Easter decorations using yellow felt, colored feathers, styrofoam balls, cardboard, and toalet paper tubes. Please see the pictures of the Easter crafts for ideas.
